The Concept Design Plan
The Concept Design Plan takes your project from conversation into CAD.
This is a professionally drawn plan that shows how your property is organized spatially, how you move through it, and where each area lives in relation to the others. This is the moment a vision becomes a plan. It is clear enough to work from, refined enough to present to a contractor, and specific enough to make meaningful decisions about what gets built and when.
My Approach
The Concept Design Plan establishes the spatial logic of your property: where areas are, how they connect, and how the overall layout supports the way you want to live outside. You'll have a clear, drawn design document showing general areas, circulation paths, and design zones that is committed, buildable, and ready to act on.
How to Book
Fill out the Tier 3 inquiry form on this page. Once submitted, we'll schedule a phone call to talk through the scope, answer any questions, and confirm this is the right tier for where you are in the process. If it's a good fit, I'll send over your invoice and we'll get going!
A deposit is required to begin design work, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. The consultation fee is credited toward the total, so nothing is lost. Site access will be needed prior to design commencement, and any existing site documents like surveys, architectural drawings, or HOA guidelines. These are helpful to have on hand before work begins. Once the deposit is received, your project gets scheduled and work begins!
