Find the right landscape design package for you

Explore the range of services designed to help you move forward with confidence, wherever you're headed next.

Your outdoor space, designed with intention.

Every yard holds possibility, even the ones that have sat untouched for years. Whether you need a single conversation to find your direction or a fully developed plan ready for installation, there is a tier here built for where you are in the process.

  • The Design Consultation is a single, focused on-site session where we walk your property together and have an honest, expert conversation about what your outdoor space could become. This isn't a preliminary step or a soft introduction, it's a real working session with a trained landscape designer who will look at your land carefully, ask the right questions, and give you clear, specific direction. You'll leave with clarity you didn't have before, and something tangible to show for it.

  • The Design Guidebook is a personalized, professionally produced design document built specifically for your property and your goals. It takes everything explored during the on-site consultation and translates it into a written and visual reference you can actually use. This is something to share with a contractor, work from in phases, or return to every time you're ready to make a decision about your yard. It is not a generic template or a collection of stock images. Every page is specific to your land, your lifestyle, and your design direction.

  • This is a professionally drawn plan that shows how your property is organized spatially, how you move through it, and where each area lives in relation to the others. This is the moment a vision becomes a plan. It is clear enough to work from, refined enough to present to a contractor, and specific enough to make meaningful decisions about what gets built and when.

  • This includes fully specified, CAD-drawn document set with everything a contractor needs to build your landscape from the ground up. Every element is resolved: plant species, quantities, and placement; material selections and dimensions; hardscaping guidance; and the detailed annotations that translate a design vision into a finished outdoor environment. This is the most comprehensive service offered, and it is designed specifically for projects that are ready to be built.

The Design Consultation

By the end of the session, you'll have a grounded understanding of your site's opportunities and constraints, a sense of what is realistic within your goals, and a clear picture of what the next steps in your design process could look like, whether that means moving forward with additional design services or simply taking what you've learned and running with it on your own.

The Design Guidebook

The Guidebook gives you a personalized design framework to work from independently. By the time it's delivered, you'll have a clear design direction, a general plant direction suited to your site and climate, material and furnishing guidance, layout ideas, and element recommendations. All organized into a single reference document you can use on your own terms, share with others, or build on through additional services.

The Concept Design Plan

The Concept Design Plan establishes the spatial logic of your property: where areas are, how they connect, and how the overall layout supports the way you want to live outside. You'll have a clear, drawn design document showing general areas, circulation paths, and design zones that is committed, buildable, and ready to act on.

The Full Landscape Plan

By the time the plan set is delivered, every element of the landscape has been designed, specified, and documented, giving you and your contractor a complete, buildable reference from which to execute the project with precision and confidence.
